This morning I woke up at 3.40 A-M to pee and never got back to sleep...
One word can describe how I feel:
YUCK.
Now I have to travel to the coast for a symposium and sound like I know what I'm talking about for at least 8 whole hours.
YUCK.
I do hope that where ever you are in the world, you have been blessed with a substantial number of hours rest.
oooh sounds like that lack of sleep is going to hurt a little. Hope all goes well on the east coast!

ReplyDeleteYou've been through so much, I think that kind of emotional exhaustion takes the physical tiredness to the next level.

Thanks, Emmie - I appreciate your kind thoughts. The symposium went reasonably well other than a mis-hearing of a few technical terms... I think I sprouted on about a completely different topic than everyone else for a while but oh well! x
Deletelol.. i wish. With a toddler going through a bout of growing pains sleep has become a bit interrupted.
